
Telephone Calls – Applewood will return any message received on its office answer machine within 24 hours Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays and where prior notice of unavailability has been given to the Client). Calls received on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will be returned on the next working day (except where prior notice of unavailability has been given to the Client).
Email – Applewood will respond to any message received in its published email in-tray to the address from which it was received within 24 hours Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays and where prior notice of unavailability has been given to the Client). Emails received on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will be returned on the next working day (except where prior notice of unavailability has been given to the Client).
Letter – Applewood will send a reply to any written communication to the address stated on the letter within 24 hours of the letter being received at our published address Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays and where prior notice of unavailability has been given to the Client). Letters received on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will be replied to on the next working day (except where prior notice of unavailability has been given to the Client).
Provided that you give Applewood Relocation your custom, failure to meet any of the above standards will result in a sum of money equal to 20% of the ‘Just Search’ fee being returned to you - please read Clause 5 of the Terms and Conditions.
Written Reports – Applewood will post or send written reports to the Client's chosen postal or email address within 2 full working days of the viewing taking place.
Example: viewing takes place on Friday at 2pm. The report will be posted to the Client's chosen address or sent in an e-mail by 2pm on Tuesday. Failure to meet this standard will result in a sum of money equal to 20% of the ‘Just Search’ fee being returned to you - please read Clause 5 of the Terms and Conditions.
