  1. OR £400 for 3 months / £800 for 6 months.
  2. Maximum 2 per day and 6 per week to ensure prompt reporting to Client.
  3. The fee includes an email report with photographs. Travelling time included. 1 hour minimum charge - half hour parts thereafter. Property on private land excluded.
  4. For search and viewings solely within 10 miles of Cirencester, there is a 10% discount against the stated fee.
  5. £50 payable immediately. The remainder upon Exchange of Contracts/ Signing of Tenancy Agreement.

NB Unless stated otherwise, all fees are payable immediately upon your instruction and no work can commence until the appropriate fee has been received and banked by Applewood. Paying via your Bank (BACS or Electronic Transfer) is much faster than a cheque in the post.
NB All the above services are available on a 'standalone' basis for an addition of £25 to the stated fee.
