Why are your fees on the basis of payment immediately upon instruction?

Every business has administrative costs in carrying out its Clients wishes. In Applewood's case we feel it fair that in exchange for providing such exceptional value for money, these costs are covered in advance. When you purchase a washing machine, for example, you pay at the time of ordering and it is delivered to you at a later date. Applewood applies the same principle. Please also remember that, if Applewood fails to meet its stated service standards, you will receive some money back.

Why do your fees increase with the property asking-price?

As property increases in value it usually increases in size. Larger properties take longer to view and assess; also, reports will contain more information and so take longer to produce.

In order to obtain the 10% discount, is the 10-mile search area around Cirencester negotiable?

Everything's negotiable – within reason.
