Biography

Steve CassSteve Cass lives in the heart of Cirencester with his wife and 3 year old twin boys.

He was educated at a Public School in Bristol and, upon leaving, joined National Westminster Bank. At the age of 29 Steve became one of only a tiny number of people who had started on the 'bottom rung' and risen to full Manager grade before they were 30. While with NatWest he had experience of a large range of financial areas: banking, insurance, mortgages, sales, marketing and training. He became a Project Manager, running large customer-focused improvement projects and managing many tens of staff with million pound budgets.

By the year 2000, Steve had become disenchanted with driving a thousand miles a week around the country and so, upon its takeover by The Royal Bank of Scotland, he took voluntary redundancy from NatWest.

He became a Director of CLO Ltd, a small 'not for profit' organisation running a theatre in Cirencester and is now the Finance Director. His work for CLO Ltd is entirely voluntary.

Hankering to get back into the 'normal' workplace, Steve joined Cirencester's most successful* Estate Agency in September 2003 and has now decided to place his energy and skills at the disposal of those wishing to find suitable property in the Cotswolds.

Steve's main interest outside of work is music. He is much in demand in the locality as both a Tenor soloist and conductor for Choral Societies, Gilbert & Sullivan Societies and other music groups.
